For over 25 years, Dr. Watson has been supporting clients with becoming the best version of who they are. She is a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Purposeful Life Therapy LLC. As a second-generation Afro-Caribbean American, she has lived and traveled to over two dozen countries. Dr. Watson enjoys working with a variety of patients spanning ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her clients are strong, smart, and successful.

Our Services
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a research-proven effective form of psychotherapy that can help adults make changes in their thinking and behaviors.
